Roadmap proposal: The leverage that drives a cascade is observable on-chain, and nothing here reads it

Once the cascade arithmetic exists on invented inputs, the same function can be pointed at a market that actually has positions in it — without giving up the "observed" standard, because one venue publishes the whole thing on-chain.
