There is no submission form: an event is here because an organiser on the allowlist below publishes it in a feed MoonMath reads every hour. Every entry links to its source and keeps the history of what changed. All times are UTC.

    What the labels mean

    Confirmed
    The organiser's calendar lists this date as final.
    Announced
    The organiser has announced the event but marks the date as not yet final.
    Estimated date
    The organiser gives a target or a to-be-determined date.
    Postponed
    The date moved later after it was published here; the history below has both dates.
    Cancelled
    The organiser cancelled the event or removed it from its calendar.

    Where these events come from

    The allowlist is the whole editorial rule. Each organiser is here with a reason, and a feed that has not answered for 14 days takes its events off this page rather than leaving them standing. No token AMAs, no community submissions, no voting on dates.

Published by the Ethereum Foundation's protocol support team from the ethereum/pm repository; every entry is a protocol event by construction and none is a product announcement.

    How a calendar gets listed

    Three things, and nothing else.

    1. A named organisation. The organiser is the accountable body that publishes the calendar — a foundation, a conference, a protocol team — not a venue, a host or a community account. Its name and website stand on every event it contributes.
    2. A public iCalendar subscription over HTTPS. The calendar has to be readable as an .ics feed without a login. Two ways are proven today: the subscription link of a Luma calendar (api.lu.ma) and the public ICS export of a Google Calendar. Other hosts may work; those two are known to.
    3. Inclusion by code review. An allowlist entry names the organiser, the calendar page, the feed, a chain, a kind of event and a written reason, and it lands through a reviewed change to MoonMath's source — never through a form or a database session. An organiser leaves the list the same way, and its events leave with it.
